In the War Training Camp you can train your WAR stat (duh)
Here are some rules about raising WAR:
(first number of stat) x 100 x (number you want to increase by)
Example:
Wen Chi has 78 WAR and wishes to raise it by 5!
It would go 7x100x2 + 8x100x3 = 3800 (any questions ask the admin)
WAR can be increased up to 10 points per visit.
1 Point is the minimum you can raise your WAR. If you don't have the money for it then don't bother even visiting.
Raising your WAR by 1-5 requires you to stay at least 6 hours at the academy. Also you CANNOT work for 24 hours since your stat raise.
Raising your WAR by 6-10 requires you to stay at least 12 hours at the academy. Also you CANNOT work for 48 hours since your stat raise.
You can only train in one academy at a time (just like in real life)
